Our Fun Filled Saturday

We went to the Berry Ranch with Jayden's preschool (and my classes too!). The weather was incredible. We had such a nice time. Jayden had found some wonderfully funny green toy glass frames (seriously Doug and I considered changing his Halloween costume to Harry Potter). He would not take them off for love or money so what do you do??? They have a chicken barn and other farm animals to see. My favorite quote from Jayden came after we saw a very large lamb (one of my student's shared that the lamb was even larger two weeks ago when they came the lamb had not yet been sheared). So we go to another pen of sheep and Jayden says, "Mom we already saw these guys and besides they are naked." I just had to laugh and laugh. The kids had to go in the Hay maze at least a dozen times. But the highlight of course was the hayride and the pumpkin picking. Ethan and Doug choice the monster of all pumpkins so we had to convince them to down size a bit. We ended up leaving with three very different pumpkins and all in all content kids (for the moment).
